The bag calls for a 1/3 cup daily, but I don't always use it daily. In the beginning I did for a week, but now I use it about 3-4 days a week. I use about 1/4 cup only and I put it in my oatmeal, smoothies, cold cereal too. It tastes mainly like ground flax seeds and I love the taste of flax. It has really made a difference in improving my appetite, controlling cravings, helping me with my weight, and reduces gas and bloating. It is not bad for you to use it regularly. I am so glad I found this. It is awesome, a must try.
