good vitamins . i have used it . it keeps me healthy .

I was taking these for a little over a year and I didn't seem to find a difference,I felt sluggish with little get up and go at times. I talked to my doctor and he suggested taking calcium and vitamin D together as all my test results showed everything was fine after a check up. Now I seem to have a little more energy than before.

I was taking these for about two months, my doctor said I need some vitamins. I didnt realy think they worked that well for me, and they tasted somewhat gross. But its a very good way to get alot of vitamins in one pill.

No clue if they are working, but I've been taking them for about a year now. My doctor had recommended me to start taking a women's vitamin, so I chose this one. Blood work has all come out normal, so that's a plus?!

I'm not too sure how to tell if they are working or not but I admire that I no longer have to take the 8 vitamins a day that I was previously taking! These have the perfect amount of everything mixed into one, easy to swallow tablet.

I've taken this multi vitamin for a little while. Not sure how to tell if it's working, but when I went for some blood work my doctor praised my levels of iron and whatnot sooooo that's a good sign :)
It can be found for a good price if you catch it on sale. The vitamin is kind of large, but has smooth texture and goes down easily.

took these vitamins everyday, and now take the one a day materna vitamin. They seem to be doing their job? not really sure how you can tell, but they have everything I need so I'm satisfied!

They're generic multivitamins and seem to be better than nothing.
