Nice Surprise

The thought of cheese with mango and ginger intrigued me. I had never tried a cheese with fruit, so wasn't sure if I'd enjoy it. I tried it with crackers first. White Stilton has a light, crumbly texture, with the mango and ginger pieces, makes for a refreshing flavour mix. I next tried it in a spinach salad with strawberries, crumbled pecans and poppy seed dressing. So delicious! Definitely worth a try.
