This product is perfect to use before your period or when you have a really light flow or spotting. Honestly, these have saved so many pairs of underwear.

Not as good as expected

I had been very curious to try poise liners and make an experiment with two brand and I get disappointed when I saw how little liquids poise liners can hold. Now I understand why they offer so many coupons, price is not worthed.

Everyday protection

After having my kids I suffer from light bladder leakage poise micro liners have given me the freedom of not worrying anymore when I laugh sneeze or cough. I am thankful for this product and the fact it is very discreet....there is no difference in individual packaging between a panty liner and poise
