I was a little surprised at how much I liked this,I am not a big tea drinker and when I do it's usually Tetley, this tea had an unusual flavor, but it was soothing and I felt it relaxed me and helped me sleep better ,which was nice because I have trouble sleeping .Its inexpensive and I would recommend to friends

As an avid tea drinker, I'm a little embarrassed to admit I'd never had camomile tea before this week. I had mentioned my sleeping problems to a regular customer of mine (we talk about anything and everything, so it wasn't a weird conversation for us!). She suggested I try camomile tea, since it has relaxing qualities and should help.

I really like the flavour of it. It's very light and floral, and has a warm, happy yellow colour to it. The instructions say to leave the bag in for about six minutes... the first time I had it, I left it in for that amount. For a stronger tea I left it in closer to 15 minutes (I totally forgot to check the clock and time it) but it wasn't overpowering at all. It was still nice and light.

I've bought teas from the President's choice brand before, and they're not expensive at all. They're under ten bucks, I'm pretty sure, for a pack of 20 sachets.

It did relax me, and it wasn't a "Bam you're relaxed now" feeling. It was very gradual so I didn't feel a crash or anything. I slept for about the same amount as I always do, so it didn't help me sleep longer, but I woke up feeling more rested and alert. I'm thinking that was the tea's doing since I didn't do anything else differently! Either way, it helps me relax even if I don't want to use it to fall asleep. I recommend taking a breather and relaxing with a hot cup of camomile tea. No milk, no sugar, just the clear tea.
