A tea with a kick!

With the freshness of citrus, floral flavour of tumeric and a peppery kick of ginger, this tea is such a treat. Very warming - perfect to have on a chilly morning. The triangular bag makes it steep so quickly!

Tasty and healthy

I tend to be mainly a matcha or a green tea drinker, but this tumeric, citrus tea is now a staple in my daily tea regime. When you first open the jar, it may be a little bit off putting because it smells spicy and earthy, but once you drink it, it is very calming and soothing. I love drinking this tea with a little bit of milk mixed in because it gives it a super creamy chai like taste.

Right now in Edmonton it is winter, and so it is very comforting to have a nice cup of tea.

Different!

This tea is very different from the fruity or sweet teas I tend to gravitate towards. I was very skeptical when I opened the container and smelled inside - I was greeted by a very strong and slightly off-putting smell. Once I steeped the tea, the scent became more subtle and enjoyable.

I love the blend of turmeric, lemon and ginger in this tea. The taste is light enough to be enjoyed by someone, like me, who is not a fan of heavy spices. The combination of turmeric, lemon, and ginger, in a non-caffeinated, herbal tea, makes this tea perfect for enjoying on a cold winter afternoon or evening. You just feel more cozy and healthy when drinking it.

I would recommend this tea to anyone looking for a cozy, more earthy herbal tea for their winter afternoons - and I would caution them to keep an open mind when they first open their tea container!

Amazing Tea!!

Yay! I received this tea at the perfect time (right when I'm sick). I was super impressed with the taste of this tea. At first, I was skeptical because it smelled pretty bad but after trying it I was convinced that it is amazing. The turmeric and citrus pair well with each other to enhance the flavour of the drink while also providing the health benefits of turmeric. I would highly recommend giving this tea a try.

Earthy strong tea!

In the beginning, the turmeric flavour was too strong for me, but I enjoyed and got used to it over time. I love the citrus and spicy ginger component, which gave a fresh kick to the tea. Most important of all, it's caffeine free! What's not to love about this tea? I mostly drink this tea during the night time, which soothes me. I strongly recommend!

Pure leaf? Pure heaven.

Tellement bien. Je suis agréablement surprise. J'étais un peu sceptique lorsque j'ai reçu celui curcuma avex agrumes mais il ne goûte pas fort comme je pensais. Vraiment relaxant pendant une soirée froide!! La saveur est même rafraichisante je dirais, tout en donnant le goût de s'emitouffler dans une couverture. Définitivement un bon choix! #gotitfree

Une infusion qui nous fait sentir bien!

J'ai eu la chance de gouter à cette toute nouvelle infusion de Pure Leaf. J'étais un peu sceptique au début, mais j'ai été agréablement surprise par le mélange des saveurs! Le goût est doux mais exotique, ça m'a rappelé les jus pressés à froid citron-curcuma. Il est savoureux et j'aime le fait qu'il n'y a pas de théine, on peut donc le déguster le soir.
J'ai aussi aimé le fait que le thé est déjà dans des petites poches.
Je bois de plus en plus de thés et celui-ci correspond parfaitement à mes besoins/goûts. Pas de théine, pas de saveur sucrée inutile, et fait à partir d'ingrédients qui ont des propriétés excellentes pour la santé. J'en rachèterai c'est certain et je suis curieuse de gouter aux autres saveurs.

I was given the opportunity to try Pure Leaf's Turmeric and Citrus tea for free in exchange for my honest opinion.. I'm still not sure about this tea. On one hand it has a nice mild flavour, but not so mild that it has no flavour like I find a lot of herbal teas have.. It has a bit of a bite to it from the ginger, which I like. On the other hand, it's not really the flavour I'm expecting/wanting when I make a cup of herbal tea, I'm used to herbal tea being mildly sweet or fruity. By no means am I saying this tea isn't good, it's just not *my* thing. The quality is great, so it had that going for it. I will say that I find I enjoy the tea more when I cold steep it as opposed to the "normal" way.

Maybe my new favourite tea!

I am on the turmeric train all the way because I love the way it tastes, and there are so many health benefits too!!

The ginger is such a great addition too. I was feeling very nauseous before drinking it, and it really helped. Would definitely recommend to a friend of family member! And I will totally buy this again.
