A Scale that Motivates

I purchased this scale after reading reviews on Amazon and I’m glad I did. It gives you 13 different readings which is really motivating me to get all in the normal range. I never realized how low my water and protein was until using this scale. It has a neat sound effect when weight loss is achieved which is fun. You need to download the app and have it running when you use the scale to see all the info.

Work quickly and easily

It connects to my phone really quickly and has a nice feature of saving different profiles, I don’t know how accurate the rest of the measurements are but the weight is accurate

I'd 100% buy this scale again. The battery life is fantastic, it turns on when you step on it so no waiting game, and it measures pretty accurately. If you download the app and connect it, it will give you your weight, BMI, body fat %, lean muscle mass, water weight, and all sorts of other fun information to track. It tells you how much you've lost or gained (if any) and keeps track of that for you. I love my scale!
