Great for muscle activation & travel

I love these bands. I bought them to use prior to a workout to get my muscles activated before I begin my lifts. These are also great for bringing along during trips to get a little hotel workout in. All sorts of different resistance. Recommend!

If you have these bands you more than likely wont need to go to a gym
I find with certain exercises you can get a great work out and it comes in various resistance bands

I have never used these before but was always curious about them because they seem so easy to use. I found these on amazon.ca for $17.99 and I loved that these came with 5 different bands with different thickness resulting in a variety of resistances to choose from.

These are simple but also are super easy to find workout routines to use with (I simply googled it) These are a product I can use daily with my other at home gym items. They are priced well, they held up very well to everything I put them through and left me feeling like I had a good work out, great items!
