Customer service is the WORST

I just read all these reviews and I wish I had read them BEFORE wasting my money. Just like most it is impossible to cancel your account and your only option is to pause orders. They also charged me a week before an now getting a refund is near impossible. I also finally found an actual phone number for them and thought I'd finally be able to speak directly to a person...nope...ot just tells your to email or contact through the chat and then hangs up on you. These guys are scammers and it is disgusting how they are ripping people off during these times of financial hardship. I will NEVER purchase from them again.

I am in love with Revive products!

Super easy to make smoothies and soups, just add water or any liquid of your choice. For soups, I tried both vegetarian broth and water and my personal favourite is adding a little more water and let it boil for 6-10 minutes with box content, and when it’s done, it is super flavoured.
For smoothies, I add water as well to keep it simple and to enjoy the real flavour of all fruits and added vegetables.

Poor system for subscription

I put my subscription on hold for two months and then forgot about it because I've been super busy. I didn't get any notification from the company as you usually do a few days before it goes out and it was sent to my old address in another province. I had been ordering for a few months and always got an email prior to my shipment in case you want to make any changes. I didn't get it this time and almost $90 of stuff was sent to my old address in another province. They have refused to give a refund. They did give a credit, but I can't really afford it and I find the selection gets old and I stop eating them. As a result, I don't recommend this service. It's nice to get a reminder email before it's sent and I don't know why it didn't happen this time. Thumbs down.

Easy to prepare

Recommend to leave it out in the room temperature for 5-10 minutes, before adding milk for blending, for a better smoothies texture. So simply add milk and blend, but I added extra milk with protein shake ;)

These are so good!

Every flavor is so good, you will not be disappointed in the smoothies and I am obsessed with the soups! I have even tried the ice cream, great, the meals are also good too. I love everything about this business and great customer service.

Best delicious smoothies we have ever tasted

Tasty and great, real fruits taste as mentioned on their website. You can really taste the freshness and quality of the fruits. I can trust their statement of "Farm to Freezer" because you can tell as soon as you blend it and taste it that it came from a good quality farms. Very genuine and fresh.

A bit pricey but great product

These quick and easy meals/smoothies are a great way to have healthy and well balanced options ready to go. I keep some in my deep freeze so I always have something healthy to turn to in a pinch. I find the regular price to be a bit high, but with coupons, these are more than worth it. Customer service is quick and effective as well as shipping.

Hint of Mint is my favorite

Have been getting these every 3 months for a few years. I enjoy them, they make my first meal of the day easy. I usually put them in my own smoothie glass as the cups they come in are soft and the lids never fit right. It’s a lot of plastic, I wish there was more protein (I add more to mine because 5g is just simply not enough) and I find the cost $8 per smoothie steep. But they are super convenient and I’ve liked most of the flavors. Hint of Mint $ Strawberry zen are my favorites

I recommend the smoothies healthy and delicious flavors

These are so great especially if your on a weight management program. I add my diet powder in it and use it for replacing a meal there pretty feeling. They give you alot of vitamins and minerals but still take your regular once a day vitamin as well. There great flavors are a plus I do recommend any raspberry or the pumpkin or Chai one but there all good. Nice customer service. Please try and you'll get addicted to them.
