    Never Again

We purchased this car seat for my oldest. Before our year warranty was up we contacted costumer services about the pull strap fraying underneath the seat and catching in the mechanism and not making our son secure in the seat. Customer service was nice and gave us a second seat. However our second seat is doing the same thing and we are going through the same warranty issue. This seat is also extremely bulky and hard to install. I don't recommend it for smaller vehicles. We have a van and its still extremely bulky. The only thing we do like about it, my son likes how tall it makes him feel so he can see out the windows better.

This car seat is bulky beyond belief especially if you plan to rear face the recommended 2 years. Not only is it huge but very terrible when it comes to being installers correctly. I taken mine to car seat techs to make sure it's installed properly and it's still moves beyond my liking.
    Not recommended at all.

I bought this car seat for my son at 8 months, when he out grew his infant seat. It appears to be very comfortable with all the padding and cushions. It converts too, so I won't need to buy another seat.

Just bought this car seat as our 6 month old is too long for her bucket style seat and she still needs to face the rear of the car. We wanted something to grow with her, saving us from having to purchase yet another car seat. We chose this seat because it is solid, it converts to 3 different seats, it is well cushioned, and it looks good too. We did find that it is a very large car seat and does not fit well into our small car (Hyundai Accent). We have to move our front seat all the way forward to fit in the car seat when it is rear facing....and that does not leave a lot of room for the person sitting in the front seat. We also find that the 5 point buckle system is a bit difficult to buckle over a small baby..weighing 16lbs. The chest strap clicks easily but trying to attach it to the crotch strap takes a bit of maneuvering. The head padding keeps her head midline, but fails to help her from dropping her head forward when asleep. Does any car seat help to keep a baby's chin from falling to their chest when asleep? Overall, we feel it was a good investment...but only time will tell if it suits the growing stages of our baby.
