I can't drink normal milk due to allergies so I have to seek alternatives. Silk brand is the best I've tried for sure! It has a great texture that is comparable to regular milk. I do prefer their regular a soy beverage though as I'm not really a fan of the nutty taste, but if you like that sort of thing this is for you

I usually hate soy milk, in fact I dislike all milk in general. I saw this (silk light vanilla) on the counter ( my mom buys it because shes lactose intolerant) and the packaging said something like "we dare you not to like this, if you don't we'll give you your money back." so of course I tried it, and to my surprise I actually really liked it. It is not something I would drink everyday, but now I can no longer say I hate soy milk. I love mixing this with english breakfast tea in the morning--delicious!!

Almond milk is so good my favorite is Vanilla.I also love making fruit smoothies out of it as well its so good in cereal the vanilla just adds a nice taste to cereal also french toast is to die for and pancakes are super good.I was surprised to learn that it also has 50% more calcium in it then dairy milk. Almondmilk is a great way to also get more antioxidant Vitamin E in your diet. Its super creamy and just tastes really good.

Having a lactose intolerance is no fun, especially since I LOVE cheese. Milk, I've never been too fond of, so it's something I definitely don't miss out on with my intolerance. A few years back, I started drinking soy milk to get my calcium, and I still do drink soy, but more recently I've jumped over to Almond milk. If you don't have nut allergies, I highly recommend this. It is much more natural than any other sort of milk, it gives you the same amount of calcium/nutrition as regular milk, and it is vegan! You can also use this in cooking, and substitute this for any recipe that requires regular milk, and it turns out basically the same. I also like Silk Pure Almond milk because it doesn't have many additives/extra sugar, so it is almost as pure as you can get, unless you make your own! Recommend!

The grocery store that I normally shop at started spitting out cat coupons for free cartons of this about a year ago. My oldest son drinks a ton of soy milk, so I figured that I would give it a try. I am so glad that the coupon made me try it because both of my sons love this milk! My 4 year old calls it 'nut milk' and goes through 1-2 cartons a week. I like adding it to my coffee because it is sweeter and has less of an after taste than soy milk does. I would definitely recommend this product, especially for families that might have a diary intolerance.

I had received coupons for this product and decided to give it a try. I purchased the vanilla flavor and barely got one glass of it before my boys had the container empty. It is thick and rich and I almost want to compare the flavor to a milkshake. It is definitely delicious and I almost feel guilty when drinking it. It tastes way too good to be healthy for you.

I really enjoy trying new things and when I was given the chance to review the new Silk Pure Almond Milk, I was super excited since I love cow’s milk and Silk soy milk. I could easily drink a gallon of milk every day on my own, no sharing. I did however plan to share this to get some other opinions.

You probably know the Silk brand for their yummy soy milk, which a great portion of people drink because of lactose intolerance and some even drink it for its great health properties. The Silk brand soy milk has a really great taste that is not overpowering. I figured since I really love almonds and eat them daily I would surely like Silk Pure Almond Milk. I was right!

Silk Pure Almond Milk is made from real almonds and contains no dairy or soy. Silk Almond Milk also contains no saturated fat or cholesterol and has fewer calories than cow’s milk! Another great benefit is that each eight ounce glass contains 50% of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin E, as well as having as much calcium and vitamin D as whole cow’s milk.

Each eight ounce glass of the original flavor Silk Almond Milk has only 60 calories per glass and the Vanilla variety offers 90 calories per glass. I used my coupon to try the Vanilla variety first. I found it to be very smooth and slightly sweet. It also has a very subtle flavor of almonds that do not overpower the milk flavor that you expect. I also enjoyed it with a cup of coffee in place of my normal flavored creamer and enjoyed the sweetness. The Silk website suggests cooking with it, and also offers recipes using their products. I enjoyed making the strawberry banana smoothie with my Silk Vanilla Pure Almond Milk, after adding all ingredients the almond taste was undetectable.
