Bought this for my son when he was a baby and he loved it. Even to this day he still has it. And will not give it away. He will let other kids play with it while they are at our house, but he will not let them take it home.

The price of this toy is disgusting. That being said, it is made of high quality and non toxic materials. It is also very easy to clean and is super durable. Little ones find it easy to grasp and keep a hold on and they love chewing it and squeaking it. I'd buy it again as a gift for someone.

Its just a glorified teething toy with a cute story behind it. The price of Sophie is insane. You can purchase a few different toys and teethers for the price of one Sophie.

The price of this toy is ridiculous. However this is one toy my daughter loves to chew on. It keeps her entertained for a long time in the car so I can't complain. It is easy to clean too.

My child loves Sophie it's a great product for teething an playing if I hadn't received one for my baby shower I'm not sure I would have bought one since they are very expensive

One child loved it the other wanted nothing to do with it! I have issues with the sqeaker and with cleaning it, but from my little guy that loved it id say it serves it's purpose but the price could be a little more cheaper.

I have never heard of this before. This seems like such a cute and very useful toy for any baby or for part of a baby shower gift. #SophietheGiraffe is such great idea to help with babies teething. I am going to look for this in the stores the next time I go to a baby shower.

I have to say I don not have any kids, however I do have three nephews and they all love Sophie! My sister was a wreck when she lost Sophie and I had no idea what she was talking about. When I saw how much it calmed down her son I was amazed. Also she seems to last forever! She has lasted through three boys now!

One day I went to Toys R Us, saw this Sophie doll. I was outraged at the cost of a toy that a child could chew on and of course was not going to buy it. About an hour later, headed down to Walmart in the animal section and saw some dog toys. At the very top of the pile, there was a giraffe that looked and felt exactly like this Sophie doll. It was $1.97 and figured she'd enjoy playing with it because it squeaked.

After I paid for it, I went back upstairs to Toys R Us to compare the two.

There was no difference except for where it was made and the "stuff" they use to make it.

She enjoyed it like any other toys she has and I paid a fraction of the price. This toy just costs way too much for what it does.

My son absolutely love his sophie now that he's teething ! He always has it in his mouth ! We cannot forget sophie if we go out for some shopping, she is very easy to hold on to so we don't need to hold it for him. I definitely would recommend it for any babies that are teething but she is quite expensive. Glad I received it at my baby shower because I would of never spent that money
