Tastes great, gives worst stomach cramps and diarrhea

This cereal tastes amazing. But the protein in it is a soy protein that many people cannot tolerate. It gives intense gas and for me causes diahhrea. I’m all for high fibre and protein, but not at the expense of my digestive system. This cereal just doesn’t agree with me and I wouldn’t buy it again for that reason.

Excellente céréales protéinés, mais j'aimerai avec plus de fibres et avec un peu plus de gout car elle son un peu fade. Prix élevé, donc j’achète quand elle son a rabais.

Great taste, bit expensive

Special K Protein cereal is a high quality, great tasting cereal. Don't need a lot to keep you full for hours. The only downfall is that the price is on the high side, so pick it up when you have a coupon or it is on sale.

Healthy breakfast option

This is a great, healthy, high protein breakfast cereal that tastes great. It doesn't make me feel guilty for eating cereal for breakfast. I would recommend to those who are looking to add more protein to their diets.

Special K Protein Cereal

I'm usually a big fan of anything Special K - but not this cereal! I no joke chipped my back molar eating this stuff - if eating a bowl of rocks sounds appealing then by all means buy this stuff. Terrible and overpriced to boot.

i love the added benefits of the protein to this cereal. it has a lot more health benefits for you as well. i would recommentd this to anyone looking to lose weight

It's so good!!

I love this cereal. It tastes delicious, good for you, and very satisfying. I feel good feeding this to everyone in my family. And they love it too. Good value. I will buy this cereal again and recommend it to family and friends.

Hard and lumpy

This cereal is not like other types of Special K which are relatively flaky and crisp. The cereal bits are coated with a hard coating that makes them sharp rather than crispy. I found it pretty scratchy to eat. A really heavy breakfast meal, but not pleasant enough to make a snack out of.

A great cereal for your busy mornings.

I'm pleasantly surprised by this cereal. I for some reason assumed it'd be super sweet, but I enjoy that it isn't. It has the perfect amount of sweetness and a great crunch! I like this cereal as it's simple, no fuss. It's perfect for a quick breakfast.

Definitely going to get some more.

This cereal is great. The flavour is awesome, although I did find it a little plain on its own, but it was perfect with some fruit.
The crunchiness is amazing and so is the little burst of energy you get from the protein.
The only thing I didn't like was the size of the box.
