Wow, his product sure does pack a punch. I have had so many different hunger products in the past and this is unfortunately my least favourite! It not only is so over powering, it is too gritty. I can just feel grit in my mouth and it honestly grosses me out a little. I have had another product by this brand and it was gritty as well, but this one in particular is just over the top and I'm not sure why. The spicy ginger is also a little irritating on my throat as it is super strong. I'm sure it's great for your stomach if you could soldier through the taste and texture, but I will not be trying these again.
