Omg!!!! The amount of sweat that literally fall off into a puddle around you when you take this off is unbelievable. I just started using the waist trimmer as well as the arm bands and let me tell you. This is the real deal. I’m not sure of the results if you use it without the gel, but it is recommended using the gel for the best results. Only thing I wish it was machine washable. You do have to wash by hand and air dry which seems like it’ll be annoying after wearing several times a week to the gym. We shall see

This waist trimmer made by sweet sweat is extremely comfortable made of neoprene material that conforms to your waist and can be tightened or losened by the velcro straps attached. It goes under all workout gear and really targets my core area that is sometimes hard to burn calories from. Its comfortable and you can feel it working. It's easily cleaned by just wiping it down and can be reused over and over. I love the fact that it's comfortable enough to wear during a workout.
