Taste kins of like how lemonade. I dont really feel like it makes me sleepy. But it does help my stuffy nose and cough quite a bit. Everyone in my family uses theraflu when someone gets sick

Absolutely MUST have if sick

This got me through a very bad cold. It soothed my cough and help me sleep. I'm not a fan of tea so I wasn't sure what I would think, but it taste nothing like tea. It has a wonderful citrus flavor and I loved it.

Knocked the cold right out of my system. While I only used it at night, I slept like a baby the whole time I was sick. I learned my lesson. From now on Theraflu will always be in my medicine cabinet.
