Yummmmmmm!

Love this product. Perfect on my bagel or my toasted bread - really tastes amazing and addictive! Being in Canada, i can only buy this when we go to Trader Joe in the US. :(

What more could you want on your spoon?? Honestly... this stuff is so addictive and delicious and creamy and sticky and perfect!

I always buy it with the intention of using it in my baking or whatnot, but then it's midnight and I'm half a jar deep with a spoon in hand. I don't even want to think about the calories in this stuff, because it is hands down one of my favourite treats.

Bring Trader Joe's to Canada!

I had heard about Trader Joe's notorious cookie butter a few years ago, but immediately decided it was a gross idea and I would not like it. However, I was recently shopping at Trader Joe's on a trip to the US and decided to pick some up and try it to see what all of the fuss is about. I bought the crunchy version as I love the different textures.

The first thing I did was to dip my *clean* finger into the cookie butter and found that it was a little heavier than I was expecting, but was pleasantly surprised to find that it wasn't as oily as I had anticipated. The flavour was very interesting and unique and after a few more tastes, I decided I liked it.

My favourite way to eat it is with sliced apples, I haven't actually tried it on toast as that doesn't appeal to me, but I CAN confirm that apples and cookie butter are AMAZING!
