Great way to skip the lineups and shop from home!

I received a voucher from Butterly to try this service and I am glad I did. Grocery shopping with a little one can be trying at times... it was nice to sit back and relax at home whole someone did did the work for me! I found the app a little on the confusing side at first but once I got the hang of how to search for items the rest of my order went well. I was hesitant to add vegetables to my order because I'm pretty picky about my produce but I did so I would be able to give a fair review. The person who picked my order did a great job and all the produce I got was very good quality. The delivery driver gave me a heads up when they were on the way to my house so I was able to put the dogs away before hand so that was nice. The driver was very friendly and helpful when dropping my order off. I was also able to add two full size product samples to my order which was awesome. I will definitely be using this service again.

Convenient option for food delivery

I really liked this service. I was very easy to find item that I required. I really liked the free samples, although by the time I was ready to order most of them weren’t available anymore but they were still showing up on the website. That was a bit frustrating. The delivery person called and made sure that he let me know that he would be there in 5 min and arrived promptly. He was very personable.

Super convenient but more expensive than other

I am writing this review in return for receiving a $25 discount on my grocery purchase from Voila. It was very easy to set up my account and almost everything I was looking for was as available and deliver was available for the next day and I received a call 10 mins before the driver was arriving which was great! My order was accurate and the produce chosen was of good quality. However, I found the prices to be very high on most of my items and the discount given covered that cost difference for my groceries but because of this, I would not order from Voila again. I would rather use my current grocery delivery service instead as the product prices are very competitive and better even without a discount.

I used their service to get some groceries on a snowy day,you get to choose the time you want then delivered and they call you 15 mins ahead to make sure you are home.What I loved the most about it that I was even asked on the arrival of the groceries to check if am satisfied with the produce quality,if not,so I can put in a refund request for the same.I was reluctant on buying produce online , but knowing this gave a relief that my produce will be fresh.
The only thing I disliked about it is I couldn’t find some of the items online that I get in store apart from that the experience was great and hassle free for me.

Great and convenient service

The service was convenient and on time. I got a curtesy call from the delivery person 10minutes before they arrived to ensure I was home. Loved that! I will definitely use this voila again

Carefully selected hand picked fresh products from a wide selection of groceries. Order your groceries with a few taps on the app or website. Select from produce, premium cut meats , health and beauty products. Take the hassle out of navigating busy aisles and long check out lines.

A convenient option if you don't have a car or not in any hurry to get your groceries. Groceries are packed from select locations even though I had a location less than 5 minute drive. I had to wait the following day to get my order. Delivery cost was reasonable and the driver called ahead to confirm I was home as they do not leave the items at the door. My order was carefully packed on arrival. He thoroughly informed me about the service and confirmed I was satisfied with my order before leaving.

I would caution on visual representation of the items especially produce and meat packaging as they my be smaller physically than on the site.

Overall this service is convenient for those would like to avoid the store , immobile or has no time to shop due to multiple responsibilities. Few taps on your phone or website and your grocery is delivered to your door.

It’s such a great service! I liked that voila delivers high-quality groceries to my door, which is great for when I don’t want to brave the outdoors! I was able to order with a discount code, and I’m very satisfied with my experience!

Convenient but items not very fresh

It’s definitely convenient but the product selection was a bit annoying. Basil did not look fresh. On speaking to customer service they’re refunded 1.82$. The bananas are as green as Shrek. Definitely cannot be eaten until next week. The dragon fruits were awesome though! Would order if in a pinch!

Best Grocery Delivery Service

I was chosen by Butterly to try Viola. I have tried many grocery delivery services and this is by far the best. They pick and pack your groceries with the most care. All my produce was fresh and arrived without any damage. They packed all my frozen foods together and kept the fragile items in another bag. The groceries arrive in a freezer truck and they made sure all my frozen items were still at the optimal temperature before unloading them. The driver called before leaving the store to confirm I was home for delivery. All my items were brought right to me as well. Seems silly to say but I have had other services drop my groceries at end of my walkway on the sidewalk and just drive away. All those extra steps really makes a difference. If you do pay for delivery it is by far the cheapest as well.
Happy we finally have a grocery delivery company that cares and has properly trained staff. Hope they will become the delivery service for all grocery stores.
My only complaints are I couldn't find all the flyer deals on Viola site, and when items are sold out you don't know till check out and it is a hassle to go back remove and find a new item.

Helpful service

I was offered a one month free trial of this service. So far, I’ve only used it once and I have mixed feelings about it. I am comparing it to Instacart which I’ve used before.
Pros: it saved me after a back injury by not having to go to the store. I loved that they used paper bags. With Instacart I end up with a plethora of reusable bags. I liked that you can see the ingredients and the nutrition facts table on the website which you can’t on Instacart. They also make it way easier to compare prices. I think Instacart intentionally makes it difficult to compare. I’ve heard they don’t up charge like Instacart does and I was able to access sales. In the end the total cost was comparable on both services. With Voila, tips are optional compared to Instacart which automatically calculates it for you.

Cons: I hated that I had to answer the door instead of them just leaving it on the step (like I said, back injury). There were many things unavailable when I ordered (spinach, cherry tomatoes), and when my order was delivered I got everything I needed for my recipe except the key ingredient which was out of stock. Unfortunately they don’t give you the option to substitute something. I ordered a cucumber which appeared to have been slightly frozen.

I’ll have to try it a few more times before I decide if I will continue. It is a good service with lots of positives.
