These are incredible and so reasonably priced.You can find them in any Asian market in the pharmacy section.They come in one big sheet and you cut them down to the size you want.If you have any kind of muscular aches or pains,arthritis,headaches this is the natural remedy for pain.They are made from chili peppers so be warned there is heat with this product!There are milder plasters if you find these to hot.Make sure the area your going to apply the plaster is clean and no open sores!Remove the protective covering and apply to the skin,press down firmly and smooth out.The area of pain should be completely covered.Wear it until the heat effect wears off(up to about 2 days you can use it)When removing it,warning it feels like a band-aid coming off!
