My hair has grown 5” in the last 3 months of consistent use

Great product for the price. I can’t tell if the benefits of collagen are working. But my hair has definitely grown noticeably longer and looks healthier since I started using it consistently 3 times a day, 3 months ago.

A bit of a difference

After taking these for almost a month, I've seen a bit of difference. My brittle nails from a bad experience with artificial nails. Actually help them a bit stronger.
I could see a slight difference in wrinkles on my face. I found it's not 0 effective. But it does help.
