Ineffective in so many ways

The first thing I noticed was the smell. Not fragrance. Smell. Like a gas station service bay. Next was the oiliness. I put it on about ten minutes ago and my hands are still greasy. Hard time picking things up. Still stinks, too. Does not seem to have any desire to sink into skin. Minor relief of eczema symptoms. Still can't open my phone by fingerprint
