While this book may not be for everyone, I definitely can't fault it. Certain prompts (roll it down a hill?!?!?!) are sure to have you scratching your head while your inner introvert screams at you to ignore it, but therein lies the trick. Every artist will tell you (or should) that the number one thing holding you back from creativity is fear, couple that with hesitation and I totally agree!

This journal is filled with tasks to help you overcome the fear of 'imperfection', have you jump right in and start 'doing' with creativity rather than 'beauty' being the end goal.

As a result, this makes an amazing gift for an artist, anyone who's overly stressed and just needs to wreck something, or children with bundles of energy.
