I used this along with the spray and it got me from smoking a pack a day down to 5 a day down to currently not smoking any a day. Highly recommend. It’s a lot easier to pop in a piece of gum than to have to go outside and light a cigarette... +

Batiste Waterless Cleansing Foam with Almond Oil
I’ve used Batiste dry shampoo before and swore by it but this takes that to a new level. The foam feels so much smoother and the product leaves my hair not only looking clean but feeling clean too. I swear by it in between showers
