The mango peach flavour is great. It's not too sweet but gives just enough sweetness to satisfy the craving. The fibre is a great bonus and is a perfect addition to breakfast or for eating on the run.

St. Ives® Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub
This scrub is good for a drugstore brand. It doesn't feel too rough on the skin. The scent is also nice. Even though it's meant as a facial scrub, I find it also works great on elbows and knees to help get rid of really dry skin.

I have tried these a couple times. They did not stop the cold sore from spreading(even when put on at the first sign) and it didn't reduce healing time. And they did not stick very well.
