I have been using It’s Secret Sauce anti-aging moisturizer for three weeks. I was previously familiar with the It brand, but not Secret Sauce specifically.
I’m not one to be reeled in by fancy packaging/marketing. However, I absolutely love the beautiful pearlescent glass jar with chrome lid — it truly captures the essence of this product. The moment I first used Secret Sauce, a few qualities stood out: it leaves a silky finish, provides intense hydration and leaves my skin looking brighter. Although it’s too early to comment on the anti-aging properties, I can certainly say that the brightening & moisturizing properties give my complexion an immediate youthful boost.
I have been using Secret Sauce in the morning and at night, everyday for three weeks and I highly recommend this product to anyone who desires more from a moisturizer — because Secret Sauce offers much more than your average high-end moisturizer. What stands out most about this product is that it is able to offer maximum hydration, but does not feel heavy or greasy. It has managed to keep my skin smooth, moisturized and primed. I will certainly be buying this moistures in the future!

I recently had the opportunity to try BIC® Gel-ocity® Ultra Gel Pens for the first time. I was previously very familiar with BIC® office/writing products, including Gel-ocity® Gel Pens, and was excited to hear that BIC now makes an ultra gel pen!
I am a psychotherapist who works in a practice where we still use paper charts. Therefore, I spend my entire workday with a pen in my hand; and it is essential that my writing instrument possess the following qualities: has a comfortable grip, produces a fine line (ideally prefer between .3 and .5 so that I can make the most use of each piece of paper), dries quickly, and glides smoothly across the paper.
This is how the Gel-ocity® Ultra Gel Pen holds up to my personal standards: In the comfort of grip category, I rate the Gel-ocity® Ultra Gel Pen a 7 (on a Likert scale of 1-10). The barrel is perfect in regards to thickness, and has a nice low grip to control pen movement. As for the thickness of line I give this pen a 5 out of 10 due to it being slightly bolder than I prefer with a medium point .7mm line. In the quick-drying and smoothness categories, I rate this pen a 9 out of 10! It produces an extremely smooth, consistent line that does not smudge or bleed.
After using the BIC® Gel-ocity® Ultra Gel Pen for an entire week, I give it an overall score of 8 out of 10; and would highly recommend this pen to anyone who requires a high-quality, high-performing writing instrument. Along with the original Gel-ocity® Gel Pen, I intend to make the Gel-ocity® Ultra Gel Pen my primary “go to” pen in the office and at home!

I recently had the opportunity to play Pimple Pete for the first time. I was previously familiar with the company, but not this specific game/toy. When I received it, my initial reaction was, “yuck.”
I played the game with my husband and 5-year-old son, who helped me set up the game.
Even though my son had fun pulling out the pimples & watching myself and his father get squirted with water, I had many issues with this game. First of all, I found myself feeling conflicted by my son’s questions regarding the game’s subject matter. At 5-years-old, I really didn’t want to make him so body conscious quite yet. Therefore, I told him that I did not know what was wrong with “Pete’s” face.
Secondly, as a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor, I have a slight aversion to a game that encourages skin picking (Google Skin Picking Disorder for explanation).
Third, and most importantly, a pimple-popping game seems like a desperate attempt to profit off of the current cultural fascination with pimple-popping videos. I say, “desperate” because the demographics of the population to whom these pimple-popping videos are so fascinating is not the same population seeking out games to add to family game night. Even though I don’t have any value-based objections to this product, I am completely turned off by Spinmaster’s obvious attempt to profit off this sort of cultural fad/obsession. The desperation of this product has definitely had a negative effect on my overall impression of this company.
Would I recommend this product?: No. Because it’s — for lack of a more appropriate description — stupid. I can barely stand how stupid it is. I cannot even imagine a better example of exploitative marketing/consumerism.

That didn’t last long. My 1.5-year-old son pulled this product off my cabinet within minutes. I’m not sure under which specific conditions this latch would actually work, but certainly not my wood cabinet doors.

I recently tried GOT2B OIL-LICIOUS CALM & SHINE STYLING OIL for the first time. I have very fine hair, which I lighten to almost a platinum shade. The natural state of my hair combined with the damage from coloring creates an especially challenging situation. It is difficult to find hair products that repair/protect from damage and provide any sort of volume — I either end up with smooth & flat, or fluffy (most accurate description I can offer). I was surprised to discover that GOT2B OIL-LICIOUS CALM & SHINE STYLING OIL is up to the challenge!
It’s very difficult for me to find an effective styling oil that doesn’t leave my hair looking greasy/dirty or weigh it down. However, when I used GOT2B OIL-LICIOUS CALM & SHINE STYLING OIL prior to blow-drying, my hair appeared healthier/smoother, without loosing the volume that I work so hard to attain via the blow-out process!
I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs extra protection, but can’t afford to add extra weight to their hair!

i have suffered with excessive perspiration ever since grade school. My armpits sweat regardless of my activity level. Luckily for me, many companies have developed effective clinical strength deodorants — which has spared me many potentially embarrassing moments!
Among my favorites is Dove 100 colors Deodorant.
Dove 100 colors Deodorant out-performs most clinical strength deodorants that I’ve tried. This product has literally eliminated my perspiration issues!! I apply it at night (which, for me, seems to be the key to achieving the highest level of protection) — and am fully covered throughout the entire following day! In fact, Dove 100 colors Deodorant is so effective, that I am able to SKIP a nightly application & still feel clean & fresh 2 days after applying the product!
I highly recommend this product to anyone afflicted with an excessive sweating problem. Dove 100 colors Deodorant is the REAL DEAL & truly lives up to its claims!

It is difficult to find hair products that repair/protect from damage and provide any sort of volume — I either end up with smooth & flat, or fluffy (most accurate description I can offer).
However, Nexxus City Shampoo offers lightweight moisturize & protection. It leaves my hair feeling smooth & looking healthy, without adding a greasy or heavy residue. I can confidently recommend this product to anyone who is currently seeking a better alternative to their current shampoo!
