It is nice of them to put the ice packs in there, but they don't always last. One pack, they melted and the surrounding pack was liquefied, the wrapped cups were all fine, so all was good.

Not my favourite but for coconut and ferrous lovers, this is a lovely tasty treat. Just make sure you have a plate to hand to save you from looking like you have dandruff after eating them! Good quality and enjoyable though.
