My lovely mom send me a lovely gadget for people like me with poor dumpling making skill 🥟 😅

Loved this dumpling mold - makes it very easy to use with store-bought wrappers or homemade ones. It is strong enough to withstand the pressure you will exert to seal the ends. LOOK👀👀👀👀My veggies dumpling were uniform and beautiful.

You can pretty much fill dumplings with anything. Just chop them small and simply season with your favorite sauces. This time, i decided to make my favorite Shanghai bok choy dumplings with black fungus, beancurd stick, corn, green onion and coriander. One box for tonight’s dinner and the rest will be frozen for future when I crave them.
