Hostess King Don cakes

I normally choose the Hostess cupcakes with the white swirls. I am addicted to them. I haven't been able to get them at any store in town so I tried the King Dons. They were ok tasting but not as great as the cupcakes. I would recommend them if you enjoy chocolate cake.

I had the opportunity to try this product for free from Familyrated and it was just what I needed. Taste was smooth and chocolatey with a creamy centre. Definitely will recommend this for sweet tooth needs.

Hostess King Dons - great promise falling a bit flat for me

Moist chocolate cake with creamy filling, what’s not to like about these mini cakes? I couldn’t wait to try them once I got the free coupon through Family Rated.
But it was an adventure to find them at my regular grocery stores, so you have to try hard if you want these. I finally got them after several grocery trips.
They are good, really soft with a chocolaty taste which is very satisfying. But the filling was just sweet and not much more for my taste buds. Still good, but not quite dreamy good. Overall, a good treat when you crave chocolate

King of cakes

Went to store to redeem the coupon that was given free to review. I like that they were wrapped in a foil type bag prevented them from melting. the soft sponge like cake was moist and delicious. Your first bite will yield you the tasty cream white center, which has just the right amount of filling. The overall size was satisfying and hit the spot. Price was pretty reasonable too and the whole family loved them.

Kids crave for KingDons

Easy snack for kids and will fuel up energy right after. Crunchy chocolate is a favourite for all and the filling sweet marshmelow makes everyone to enjoy and satisfy.

Delicious treats for my kids

I received a box of Hostess Cupcakes as part of the product review club.
I gave these to my kids as a treat and they loved them. My husband and I also tried them one night since we DID have a duty to review them haha. The tasted very fresh and light. I wouldn’t give them as a treat as often as the other snacks my kids are used to after a long day but as a treat every once and awhile these are a great option. Hostess snacks have always been a treat I remember enjoying as a kid and now they have even more selection. I will try some other types in future. I just have to watch my husband doesn’t eat them all!
