Tasty

Jane's battered cod was very tasty, not too salty, and the portion size was satisfying. It's easy to cook but you do need to spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray to prevent it from sticking. I also liked that leftovers didn't get soggy in the fridge when I had some the next day. The only thing I think needs improvement is that the fish will tend to flake away from the batter when cutting through it, so you might not get some with every bite. Other than that, it's a great frozen meal to have on hand.
