a great alternative

I'm an apple cider vinegar advocate. It has so many health benefits from acne, weight, body ph balance, liver health, regulating blood sugar, lowering cholesterol, and so much more. If you can't tolerate drinking apple cider vinegar from the bottle, these are a great alternative and a decent price.

Easier to take this way

Ok so I had been researching what I could take on a daily basis to help with a variety of different things and the one that kept popping up was apple cider vinegar, it seemed easy enough so I decided to try it. I tried taking it in liquid form first and immediately thought there has to be an easier way than this.

It was horrible! I noticed these at Shoppers Drug Mart, where there were at least 5 different brands but this seemed like it was a great deal. This contains 240 capsules and it cost $16.99. After reading the instructions I took 2 capsules 3 times a day before meals and with lots of water.

I have tried many different supplements over the years and not many have I purchased a second time but this one I have taken everyday since I started. This helps with everything from gut heart, blood sugar/pressure, improves skin, relieves acid reflux and is also said to help with weight management by surprising appetite. I overall feel these have made a difference and I will defianlty continue to take them daily.
