I deal with anxiety and it’s gotten worse for me over the last bit. I keep the Natural Factors GABA in my purse and the second I start to feel anxious I take one. Within minutes I start to feel relaxed. There are times where I may need to take 2 but it always works!

I understand through my sister and other reviews that it doesn't cause drowsiness in a lot of people so they can take it during the day.

I use the 100 mg chewable tablets for their convenience and which have a great taste, but they come in capsule form as well.
