    I use this service all of the time

    Unlike some of the other reviewers, I have had really positive experiences with PC Express. Yes, during the pandemic you often could not get a pickup slot within the week and that was frustrating. But they staffed up and then it was easier. My orders have always been correct and except for one time, the selections were always perfect (that one time they gave me some overripe produce, but they quickly refunded that portion). Occasionally they are out of stock on something and that is frustrating, but it happens in store too so you can't hold that against the PC Express service. The app and the website are both very easy to use and also feature a UPC scanning option, so you can go through your pantry/fridge at home and scan the things that are nearly empty and if there's a match, the app will add it to your list. If you're a PC Insider (yearly subscription), pickup is free and there are exclusive offers too. Overall I'm very satisfied with PC Express and because it helps me save time and prevents impulse buys, I definitely recommend it!

    Not what is used to be.

    I have use the service on a number of occasions and prior to the pandemic. Had a couple of issues with the produce, went back into the store and it was corrected immediately. In January 2021 I used the service, which took two weeks to get an appointment. Unfortunately every piece of produce I had ordered had to be thrown in the garbage. Lettuce was all brown and wilted cucumbers had mould on them. Eggs were crushed in the carton and leaking in the box. Can goods were dented. I sent in an email to PC with my comments and pictures of the items I had received. By the middle of February I had not yet received a response. I sent him a follow-up email with my concerns, also with the pictures again. As of today, Sunday, April 18, I am still waiting a response from PC from my order of January 14, 2021. I have not used the service again, and have not set foot back in this store. I would not recommend this to anyone. It seems like PC was taking advantage of the situation and does not care what kind of product they provide, as long as they charge full price. It is really too bad because previously it was a good service . Consumers beware!

    Pathetic!

    First time using their service. I usually use Walmart. My order was supposed to be ready between 2 and 3. It is now after 3 and it is still not ready. I've been sitting in the car for over an hour! An email or text notifying me of the delay would have been appreciated. I will never use their service again. Walmart is way more professional and I receive updates on my order prior to pick up.

    Worked good before the pandemic-now HORRIBLE

    I had used them a fee times last winter and worked good- I placed an order online and the only available spot was TWO WEEKS out- the revised the date as well a dew days before, extended the pickup by one day- fine, I can live with that- but an hour before scheduled pickup I receive an email with substitutions and out of 11 items they only had 5! Its too late to cancel at that point otherwise I would have! I had 2 birthday gifts on that order and both not available I HAD TO WAIT TWO WEEKS TO FIND OUT?? The excuse given to me was: we had no- tax day last week and sold out of everything-
    THEN DON’T OFFER ONLINE SHOPPING!

    Ridiculous service very flawed

    Long story short I Had to put my pick up time and day 5 days out due to no available pick up times till then. Then it wiped my cart for no apparent reasons so I had to spend yet another couple hours very carefully selecting my food to get the most out of my money. I put it through, it accepted it. 5 days later I drove in for my pick up time. To find out my 387 dollar order turned into 245... they took every piece of meat except ONE pack of bacon out from my cart claiming they didn’t have it OR A SUBSITUTION... now I expected one or two but not 11 packages of meat to be missing from my order. I don’t believe For one second this store didn’t have steaks, pork chops, chicken, or hamburger. No call. no text. no email. Nobody informed me. When I called to cancel my order they also decided to transfer me all over the place before ending right back with the first gentleman that I started with... poor customer service... store needs to take a step back and only bit what they can chew..

    I would use this service again

    It's a great service to use especially when you have kids or it's a cold winter day. You just park and call and they come to you. If they don't have something you want they call to see if you want a substitute

    saves time

    you should definitely try click and collect at the superstore. saves you money. you don't buy things that you don't need. they take care at selecting the freshest products.

    WARNING: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

    Horrible, Horrible!!! Spent my super busy morning hoping to get my groceries done online! First time using the service. Took the 40 minute allotted to place my order. When I went to complete my order, well it booted my out of my time slot. Called PC online grocery shopping and it took 30 min for them to tell me that they can't accommodate a daytime pick up but rather I can getmy groceries at 7pm and then offered me 10$. Wasted over an hour to have no groceries for dinner and no viable solution. Ended up having to go to the store myself. I would have saved myself an hour if I never ended up trying the useless service. Beware! don't waste your time!!! They hold no responsibility for not holding up their end of the service!

    Save Yourself A Second Trip And Shop For Yourself.

    I have tried this service twice now and will not use it again. Both times I ended up having to visit the store again myself to return things. When someone else is choosing things like produce for you there is a big chance you are not going to get what you want and that is definitely the case here. The first time I used this service I received a package of Brussel sprouts that were literally hard and dried out. I honestly can't imagine how anybody could have picked them up and thought that they were even worthy of still being on the shelf for sale. And that is the biggest problem with this service. If the person fulfilling your order doesn't really care and just wants to get their work done you probably are not going to get the best of what is available. This service is probably best for somebody who is ordering something that is pre-packaged, does not need refrigeration, is not frozen or fresh and doesn't have any particular expiry date. Unfortunately it was overall a very disappointing experience for me.

    Likely not again

    I have used this service 5 or 6 times but after the order this week, I probably will not do so again. In addition to unacceptable substitutions, they put a $341 hold on my MC and pushed through a separate charge for the actual order amount of $282, When I called, the "manager" told me to wait 5 to 10 business days and the hold will expire. Really?
