Wouldn't waste the money

I wouldn't waste the money on this product. It didn't help me to fall asleep or stay asleep. Didn't seem like it had any effect. Better off counting sheep

Finally a product out there that does what it actually says of the label. Since taking this I have I have been able to sleep throughout the night. I will probably buy this product again. And recommend it to friends.

Not something I would recommend

I struggle with falling asleep and staying asleep. I've tried MANY other alternatives to help me sleep from melatonin, essential oils, gravol and nothing seemed to work. I have them high stars because they do work, I had no issues falling asleep or staying asleep when I was taking them. HOWEVER, like the package says do not use for an extended use, I myself didn't pay any attention to the box because they worked and I was sleeping, until I started getting headaches that were lasting me weeks at a time, and general discomfort from my head and neck. I personally won't be taking the product again but for those who need relief for a night or two, these definitely work

I have a lot of trouble sleeping most nights. I suffered from PTSD, restlessness and insomnia. I didn't like the sleeping pills my doctor gave me as they made me exhausted and groggy the next day, and I became dependent on them. I saw a commercial for Sleep-Eze and thought I'd give it a try. They worked so well! I can now sleep peacefully and wake up energized and well rested! I highly recommend these!
