so much fun

I love love this toy. i gave it to my daughter to play with and she loves it. we spend hours making things and she truly enjoys it. the quality of the item is good it doesn't feel cheap at all. I definitely would recommend this toy

Good fun

My daughter enjoyed playing with this set very much. She really loved the glitter! The pieces are well made and hold up well to her rough style of playing. They clay is nice and malleable. I would recommend to a friend. *I received this product for free.

Daughter loved it

I never heard of Twinkle clay before so I was not sure what to expect . My six year old daughter was so excited to try it . She is hands on and very creative and loves crafts. This was easy for her to catch on and have fun.

She loved it!

I received this free to try for my daughter and she loved it. She has always been a big fan a playdoh and this was very similar to it. She loved being able to make crowns and dress up like a princess with her accessories.

Ok product

My children had fun with this product. The quality did not seem that high. One of the rollers given to us didn't fit into the product correctly. So that part was useless to us. We just used a play doh roller to roll out the clay. The clay was terribly sticky and hard to roll out. We tried it on cardboard, paper plates and plastic plates. It would be nice if they gave you a sheet of something in the package to use as a surface to have your clay on that it didn't stick to.

The clay never dries in 30 minutes. We did three projects so far. All of them had to sit for a couple of days to fully dry. The first time we let the machine run for 10 hours straight and the project still took days to dry.

It would be better just to sell the clay and advertise it as something that air drys. The machine really wasn't worth using since it took days to dry anyhow.

With all of these cons my daughter still had a lot of fun with this project. Which is the entire point of course. So I would still give it about 3 out of 5 stars. I think the issues with the product bothered me much more than my children.

Hours of creative fun

Our girls enjoyed creating their own Princess accessories with this Twinkle Clay Princess Studio. The toy requires a little assembly, but performed better than expected. Everything is included to start making your very own princess accessories. Easy to follow instructions, and easy to use. Clean up can be a little challenging as it is clay, but easily resolved. This toy encourages creativity and imagination. A great gift for the little princess in your life. I would recommend this product to my friends and family, and will be buying another for my niece. We did receive our Twinkle Clay Princess Studio for free in return for my honest review. The review, however, is my own opinion and experience.

Twinkle Clay Princesses Unite & Create!

We received the Twinkle Clay Princess Studio from Family Rated, and my daughter and I had a super fun little adventure using this product! The kit came with everything you need to make anything your heart desires, including 3 colors of clay, drying oven with attached roller to flatten out, measuring tools, various stampers, dough cutters, shiny jewel charms, attachments for making a ring & hair clip, bowl mold, wand attachment, and other tools. This clay is really more like a sticky kind of dough that’s relatively easy to work with and manipulate because it comes with all the tools you need. I recommend using wax paper on the surface you’ll be working atop, so it doesn’t stick. The clay/dough is similar to other playing style kids’ dough that’s on the market, but it has a tougher feel, which to me only makes it more durable. After designing a picture frame, magic wand, or beads for jewelry like my daughter and I made, it will cure after air-drying in the “oven” that comes with this kit and remain in its present shape forever! The oven dryer takes 2 AA batteries and is very safe because it does not actually heat up, which is really great if you’re concerned for younger kids. Burns won’t be an issue to worry about with this product. Surprisingly, the dough doesn’t shrink much after curing either. Drying time varies with the thickness of your design, but we found it best to allow extra time or to let it sit over night to be sure it’s fully hardened and cured. After drying into a hardened foamy-type state, it’s still pretty durable, especially if you made beads from the molds that are included. We found the smaller and flatter pieces to be best when dry. You can add the included jewels to bedazzle the shape you stamp out or mold as well, which adds a nice finishing touch. Some plain white school glue isn’t necessary, but it helped out to keep the pieces together better and added more of an artsy feel to our experience. WHATEVER you decide to create, regardless of its nature, you’ll have a fun design that lasts a long time. More importantly, the memories of my child and I playing with the Twinkle Clay Princess Studio will last a lifetime! This was a fun way to stimulate imaginative play and to inspire my kiddo to be really creative! The Twinkle Clay Princess Studio truly does come with everything you need to make pretty, sparkly treasures that keep well. I would definitely recommend buying this product, for it will absolutely fair well as a gift, suitable for ages 4 and up. Of course, older kids with more dexterity will find the clay easier to work with compared to much younger children. The price is okay for what you get, yet I do advise purchasing extra Twinkle Clay on the side in addition to what you get in the kit. Also, I advise not forgetting the 2 AA batteries needed for the oven to operate; however, the batteries aren’t absolutely essential to the function of drying and are more for the aesthetic of sound. The Twinkle Clay Princess Studio is certainly a gift that can be enjoyed by both children and adults who love to be creative together!

Perfect for my Princess

My kids had a lot of fun playing with the Twinkle Clay Princess Studio Set. Their favorite part was the pretty sparkly modeling clay that comes in 3 colors: white, pink, and blue. The set is easy to assemble.

Fun toy

My daughter had a blast playing with the twinkle clay princess studio. She enjoyed being able to make a crown and a wand. The only complaint we have is it was difficult to build and the directions coild have been better. Overall it is worth trying. We love having hands on things for our daughter to do. It is a great toy to make memories with.

Great toy! Definitely worth it!

When we received the box in the mail and opened it up I was a little worried about having to put it together. The instructions were pretty self-explanatory and easy to put together. My daughter was so excited to play with this that I barely got it together before she started pulling the clay out of the tubes. The tubes were a little hard to get the clay out of and the clay was really sticky to begin with. After playing with it for a little bit the clay hardens up and was no longer sticky but had a bad smell to it. She has now played with this for 3 days straight and does not seem like she's anywhere near close to putting it up. The only thing I would change about it is the dryer that takes forever for it to dry and she gets bored so she pulls it out before it gets hardened and starts all over again. Other than that this is a really great toy and my daughter absolutely loves it.
