My son is a little rough on toys, but after a little while of having this phone on hand and carrying it everywhere with him... it started to randomly start playing its songs and lighting up when nobody would be in the room or even near it. He soon after stopped playing with the toy because it’s voice got to sound demonic!! Scary!!! I’m

I bought 2...they both had the SAME issue!

I thought getting this cute, VTech touch screen phone would be a wonderful toy for my daughter; it sings, counts, teaches shapes, and is interactive in so many ways. The first one I bought within moments of taking it out of its' package stopped being interactive and just lit up no matter what I pressed..even after I changed its' batteries, mind you this is a brand new product..it hadn't been out of its' box more than 2 minutes! I assumed it was some sort of fluke..this one must just be defective, maybe a child dropped it in the store. So, I go back to the store, return it, recieve credit for the toy, and buy another one. A day later same story..such a shame!

This phone is great

I got this for my daughter as a toy phone and she loves it because of the sounds and colors it makes. It was worth the $9.99 it was. It comes in orange or pink . We bought the pink one for our daughter. It’s great for music and learning.
