Vision, skin, and immune support. Who doesn’t need this?

This is my second bottle and I have to say. I wish i got the bigger bottle like before.
I am not a fan of tablets or the soft gel capsule vitamins because it causes me hiccups throughout the day. I believe my digestive system tries hard to break down the soft-gel and it goes on strike by hiccuping.
I grew up having this and sneaking into the pantry to get more because well, i like the taste(i know some might say 🤢).
I chew the capsule and discard it.
Some people love it or hate it and to say the least. I have great sight from all of my family.

I give this to my oldest kid once in a while because she loves the taste and also the dose of vitamin A is too high for a 7 year old kid.
I stand by vitamin A for vision and D because we live in Canada.
