They worked

These tablets definitely worked in helping me lose weight and also in helping me with my skin problems. I suffer from eczema and these were really great in slowing down how often I would get dry and itchy patches anywhere on my body, and also helped strengthen my nails and hair so they weren't as brittle as they were before.

Great for intermitent fasting, i'm doing warrior diet 20/4 so it defenitly helps a lot to lose appetite in the morning!
Smell is intense when you open it, but it doesn't taste anything if you swallow it fast!
An other pro of this is that it wasn't an habbit for me to drink water. But now I have to drink a glass of water each morning! Really great for the body and for the mind :)
