It is very strong and durable and you feel safe while using it. It is sharp with two prongs at the end that grip into the meat with ease. It is made from one piece of metal so you know it won’t break at the handle. It has some weight to it but also isn’t too heavy. I like the sleek design of the carving fork as it matches my other utensils in the kitchen. I would definitely purchase another product from this company as the craftsmanship is really wonderful. -
